IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All party's are self catering.  Food is not provided.  You are welcome to bring along party food, drinks, desserts and cake of your choice
• A 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking.  The balance is not due until the day of your event
• We understand exact attendee numbers are difficult to confirm at the time of booking.  Please select an estimate.  Numbers can be updated in the week leading up the party
• Use of Game On Arena exclusively is allocated for the first 90 minutes of your party booking
• Party area is reserved for the full 2 hours party time.  Tables will be set for your arrival including plates, cups, napkins, jugs water and cordial.  Food presentation side tables will be set with table cloth for food, cake displa
